1. Upload your file to us with your web browser
File names must be 27 characters or less. If your file name is too long you will see, “File System Error: Unable to create the file.”

2. Upload your file to us with a FTP Client
If you do not have a FTP client (application/program), please download and install one of the following free FTP clients:
Cyberduck (Mac) or FileZilla (PC/Mac)
File names must be 27 characters or less. You will encounter an error uploading if your file name is too long.

3. Email us a link to your pdf
Download and install Dropbox, it’s free for up to 2GB of storage. Put the file you want to share in the public folder of your DropBox folder on your computer, right-click on the file, and from the Dropbox menu choose “Copy Public Link”. Paste that link into an email and send it to prepress@lincoprinting.com with printing and contact information.
4. Email us your file
If you only have 1-3 files that are together less than 20MB, attach them to one email send it to prepress@lincoprinting.com. Please do not use email if you are sending over 20 files.
